Hunkeler POP 6 line
The POP 6 is a roll-to-stack solution: it takes the printed web, cuts the paper into sheets and delivers everything stacked, ready for the next step. For a variable-data printer, we installed the line connected straight to the digital press, so jobs go from roll to stacked sheets without stops and with quality checked during production.
Hunkeler Gen8 EVO line
Like the POP 6, the Gen8 EVO is a roll-to-stack solution that turns the printed web into cut, stacked sheets. The difference is that it works separately from the press, giving production more flexibility. For a book printer, we set up the line to take the already printed rolls and deliver clean sheets ready for finishing, quickly and with high quality.
Custom-fit packaging with the CMC Genesys Combo
For an online homeware store shipping plates, vases, cutlery and pans, the Genesys Combo builds a box sized exactly to each order. The machine measures the items, forms a package fitted to them, then closes and labels it on its own. Fragile items travel better protected with no filler needed, and the store saves on material and shipping.
Paper packaging with the CMC Paper-PRO
For an online fashion store shipping clothing, footwear and accessories, the Paper-PRO packs each order in paper, sized to the product. The machine measures the items, wraps them in paper, closes the package and prepares the shipping label, with no manual work. The store swaps plastic for paper, standardizes its packaging and ships orders faster.

For a bill and mail printer, we built a complete line: the Hunkeler line takes the printed web, cuts the paper into sheets and delivers ready stacks. Next, the Baum folder, fed straight from those stacks, folds the sheets at high speed, with fold templates stored in the machine itself. Bills and letters come out folded and ready for the envelope, with less handling and quick job changes.
